clinton meeting, the second

so i'm meeting bill clinton tomorrow at the rainbow room!!!!

i mean, he's THE political rock star as far as most people are concerned.

if you haven't, you MUST read the david remnick profile of him in the september 17th issue of the new yorker.

I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!

my biggest dilemma, and this is HUGE...is having to decide what accessories to wear with my dress. it's a charcoal gray with a chocolate brown/plum accenting. gray says silver. plummy brown says gold.

what ever is a girl to do?!

Well it is Bill Clinton. So odds are that if the dress reveals any of the cleavage, he won't have any clue as to what color accesories you're wearing. Unless it's a low hanging necklace... :-)

Sounds like fun though. Go with the silver. Even if the accents say gold. Gold jewelry with a gray dress just doesn't sound like it would look right. I haven't seen the dress, but my flawless inutition of what looks good on a woman says silver.

Odd to be meeting him on a Monday. The week is really an uphill battle after something like that.

I was going to say gold, because its so much more warm than silver, but the stormin mormon has a point. what about bronze?

I love how you're chalking up political encounters like you're collecting baseball cards. its awesome to read and be excited with you.

I'd have to see it, but my vote is gold, go with matching the accents to enhance them.
